We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier company Shiprocket.
Delivery Timeline:
- While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
- International Orders: International orders will get delivered anywhere between 8-20 days, depending upon the customer’s location and the customs clearance procedure of the destination country.
Shipping Charges:
- Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.
- Worldwide: Shipping applicable
Customs Duty: For all international orders, customers will be solely responsible for bearing the Customs duty and other clearance formalities.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call us on (91) 88580-99308 or mail us at [email protected] mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product delivered is Big/Small in Size? Want a Bigger/Smaller Size?
- You just need to drop us an email at [email protected] mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
- We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered to you in the new required size.
- In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
- For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
- In case the new required size is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
- Sizes mentioned on the website are the only sizes available with us.
- Product(s) purchased during sale period will not be exchanged.
Want to return the product & buy a new product adjusting the amount already paid?
- You just need to drop us an email at [email protected]mentioning that you need a CREDIT NOTE for the product delivered and you will get a revert within the next 24 working hours.
- We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
- The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- As soon as we receive the product and quality check is completed, a credit note will be issued which can be redeemed within 45 days.
This exchange policy is applicable only for domestic orders/orders delivered within India only. For international orders, regular returns and cancellation policy is applicable for exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Sagar Saree reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should email us at [email protected] stating the ORDER No.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Sagar Saree & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher. You can email us at [email protected] for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
SALE
The products ordered during our SALE cannot be cancelled.
Discount coupon codes & Credit voucher are not applicable on sale products.
Customized Products/Orders
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.
Refunds
A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.

IMPORT DUTY:
You are transacting with an Indian store. International orders may be subject to import duties. Please check your national government policies to calculate the final payable amount. Our customers mostly enjoy the shipments without import duty being charged. Known Import Duty Charges:
- USA – Free limit 800$ – Then 16% to 32%
- AUS – Free Limit 1000 A$ – Then 5%
- UK – No Free Limit – 15% to 36%
- Canada – No Free Limit – 18%
- Dubai – 5%
According to new RBI guidelines, customers outside India, can not get delivery in India, if order is placed with foreign currency. If you get error during checkout, try switching currency to INR.
SHIPPING
- Shipping Simplified.
- Ensure giving out the exact Delivery Address when Ordering, as this cannot be changed later.
- Variable Shipping and Dispatch Times may apply on various product lines.
- Shipping to remote locations may take slightly longer than usual, or may be denied.
- Stitched Merchandise CANNOT be Returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfit/s.
